AMAZING SUNRISE SIKUNIR DIENG PLATEAU 

Dieng Plateau, Central Java never runs out of offering its charm. The landscape is so charming, cool air, friendly people, to natural wonders that will bewitch anyone.

Of the many tourist destinations in Dieng, Bukit Sikunir is the most favorite. The reason, this hill with an altitude of 2,300 meters above sea level presents a panorama that spoils all senses. Access to reach Sikunir Hill is also relatively easy, cheap, and friendly for all circles.

Sikunir Hill is located in Sembungan Village which is the highest village in Java. The village, which is included in Kejajar District, Wonosobo Regency, is the entrance to explore Bukit Sikunir.

To get to Bukit Sikunir, tourists only need to direct the vehicle to Sembungan Village. Then go along the middle road of the village to get to the parking area on the slopes of Bukit Sikunir. What must be considered, there are several narrow roads so stay alert when passing by other vehicles.

The parking area on the slopes of Bukit Sikunir can accommodate tens to hundreds of vehicles. Well, for those who want to feel overnight on the slopes of Bukit Sikunir, then the best choice to camp here. Not far from the parking location, there is a large enough land to set up a tent. Moreover, the location for camping is directly opposite Telaga Cebong.

One of the natural wonders offered by Bukit Sikunir is the golden sunrise. It is said that the charm of the golden sunrise in Bukit Sikunir is called the best in Southeast Asia. If you want to enjoy this natural wonder, it is highly recommended to climb from 04.00 to 05.00 am.
